In this episode of the TEN, we speak to James "JT Tenacity" Tomlinson. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, JT has been heavily involved in martial arts since his formative years as both a fierce competitor and teacher of the arts. As one of the first ever certified kettlebell trainers in Australia, he has paved the way for kettlebells in the Aussie Strength & Conditioning scene. His effective training methods have made a him a highly sought after coach to multiple world champions alongside some of Australia's best grapplers. We discuss everything from his upbringing and being bullied as a child, to mindset and grit, how facing adversity is the way, how to get strong and stay mobile and how to reduce the risk of injury to keep you training harder for longer and truly make you Bulletproof for BJJ.
